Education

Christine obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University. In 1996, she passed the California State Bar and began practicing law immediately after.

Upon passing the Bar, she started working in San Jose at Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel until July 2001. She then moved over to Fenton & Keller, A Professional Corporation, where she practiced until August 2003. In June 2008, she began representing clients again at De Vries Law Group. In October 2013, she branched out on her own and started Breen Law Firm PC and continues to represent and advocate for clients daily.

Christine Breen proudly advocates for clients that include individuals, families, retirees, and seniors,. She practices estate planning, including establishing trusts, trust administration, and probate administration. She also assists clients with evictions and clearing title issues as well. Knowledge in business formation, such as limited liability Companies (LLC), limited partnerships (LP), and corporations (General, S-Corp, Non-Profit) is another area Christine practices.
